Carbon Arts x Situation Dining

Situation Dining teamed up with Carbon Arts, to construct a vegetarian degustation for the 2019 Climart Festival. Inspired by Bruce Pascoe’s, Dark Emu, this experiential menu invites us to re-examine our food culture and delve into the soils, indigenous history and possible future of Australian agriculture.
