Situation Dining is a hospitality business based in Victoria, catering for those concerned for the welfare of animals and our environment. After owning and operating regional hatted restaurant The Good Table for seven years, chef Alexander Marano, has set out to cook with a conscience and promote sustainability through the creation of plant based and ethically sourced menus. 

Besides our quarterly ticketed degustations and collaborative events, we offer vegan and vegetarian event catering, as well as our food truck, Mr Fritto.
